- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your appointment with a valid photo ID and your HMO card if applicable
- Wearing face mask is recommended especially if symptoms are present
- The appointment time is only indicative and may vary due to extended previous consultations or delays of the services for any reason. TopHealth Medical Clinic will do its best to ensure a timely service but it is not responsible for any tardiness of the doctor
- The appointment duration is only indicative and it may vary due to complexity of the case, first encounter or any other factors exclusively under the Doctor's criteria
- TopHealth team at Reception will require to confirm eligibility and obtain approval for certain medical services for HMO patients
- TopHealth Medical Clinic may contact you before your appointment to inform you of any updates or changes
- TopHealth has no obligation of rescheduling for patients arriving later than the appointment time
- For cash services or for the issuance of MEDICAL CERTIFICATE the patient can pay at Cashiers with cash, debit/credit cards and Gcash
- TopHealth Medical Clinic reserves the right of changing or cancelling the appointment for any reason that may arise without notice
