In the Philippines, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulates, through the Occupational Safety and Health Standards, the need for health professionals in workplaces. As a general rule, any workplace with more than 50 employees requires the presence of a licensed nurse to provide occupational health services. When more than 100 employees, a part-time doctor is required. The requirements increase with the number of workers, adding also dental services to bigger companies.

The Clinic Management services can go from a simple manpower source (nurses, doctors, dentists) to a full-scale management of the clinic premises including design, furniture, medical equipment and supply of medicines
