Obtain a e-Medical Certificate through Teleconsult
If you cannot come to TopHealth, no problem! Book a Teleconsult with a Primary Care Physican and request for a e-Medical Certificate that will be sent to you through email or downloadable through our Patient Portal
QR code validation
Our e-Medical Certificate include a QR code to confirms its validity. Scanning the QR code will take you to our Patient Portal website and will confirm the information in the certificate. The QR code validation works for 30 days after the issuance of the Medical Certificate
